Alex Barr
Founder and Director
Alex Barr is the Founder and Director of Invictus Strategic Solutions, a UK-based Security Risk Management and Training Consultancy.
With a distinguished 25-year career in the United Kingdom Armed Forces, Alex has served in specialist roles and is a qualified, currently operational Emergency Medical Technician working on frontline UK emergency ambulances. He remains dedicated to continuous upskilling.
Passionate about Learning and Development, Alex established Invictus Strategic Solutions guided by the core values of integrity, honesty, commitment, and humility. His vision is to leverage his lived and learned experiences to provide comprehensive Security and Travel Risk solutions, as well as training in First Aid, Leadership, Management, and Resilience.

Alex is a qualified Security Risk Management Consultant, Emergency Medical Technician, Training Delivery Specialist, and Leadership & Management Coach.
In his spare time, Alex enjoys exploring the mountains of the UK with his incredible wife.
